Let’s take a look at the latest country specific entry requirements for travelers.

Armenia

Quarantine and self-isolation is required for 2 weeks.

Australia

Passengers who are allowed to enter Australia must request an exemption before departure at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/departmental-forms/online-forms/covid19-enquiry-form.  Likely to keep borders closed for most tourists until 2021, says trade minister

Bahrain

Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine. Passengers must pay the fees before departure at http://bh.bh/BeAware. Quarantine duration is 10 days.

Bermuda

Passengers must complete an online Travel Authorization before departure and must have health insurance. Residents of Bermuda must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 5 days before departure. If they do not have this medical certificate, they are subject to medical screening, quarantine for 3 days and a second test on the third day.

Bhutan

Passengers with a visa, work permit or other immigration permits issued by Bhutan and airline crew are not allowed to enter Bhutan if they arrive from or have visited or transited through a Coronavirus (COVID-19) affected country.

Boznia and Herezova

Passengers are not allowed to enter except nationals and residents of the EU and Switzerland.

Bosnia & Herzgovina

A negative COVID-19 medical certificate is required for nationals and residents from EU countries and Switzerland citizens and residents. It must be issued at most 2 days before departure. Nationals and residents from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia are exempted.

Brasil

NEW: Brazil reopens international air travel to all foreign tourists as long as they have health insurance.

Brunei

Passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Brunei Darussalam.- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Brunei Darussalam.

Bulgaria

Bulgaria abolishes Mandatory Quarantine for Some EU Countries.

As of July 16 2020, the Minister of Tourism in Bulgaria announced that tourists from all EU/Schengen nations (plus select third-party nations), with the exception of Sweden and Portugal, can visit without being placed under a 14-day quarantine.

Cambodia

A medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 test result is required to enter Cambodia. It must be issued at most 3 days before arrival. Nationals of Cambodia and passengers with a diplomatic visa (Visa A) or an official visa (Visa B) are exempted.

Cameroon

Flights to Cameroon are suspended. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days. Passengers are subject to medical screening. on arrival.

China

Medical Screening and Quarantine for 2 weeks is required for passengers arriving at Beijing (PEK), Guangzhou (CAN), Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA), Shanghai Pudong (PVG), Shenzhen (SZX) or Xiamen (XMN). A medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result is required to enter China for passengers that arrive from or have transited in Bangladesh, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Iran, Kenya, Luxembourg, Malta, North Macedonia (Rep.), Pakistan, Principe, Russian Fed., Sao Tome, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey or Uganda. It must be issued at least 5 days before departure.

Colombia

Colombia extended domestic quarantine until August 31st. International airports remain closed until Sep 1st. It is highly possible this quarantine period will be extended beyond September 1st.

Cyprus

A medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result is required to enter in Cyprus for passengers arriving from Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czechia, France, Italy, Macao, Netherlands, Rwanda, San Marino, Spain, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay, United Kingdom or Vatican City. It must be issued at least 3 days before departure.

Passengers are not allowed to enter except nationals and residents from EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Thailand, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Vatican City; and type C and D Visa issued by Czechia after 11 May 2020.

Denmark

Ecuador

Flights to Ecuador have resumed in limited capacity. Land border with Peru and Colombia remain closed. Anyone arriving to Ecuador will be required to present a negative PCR test from no more than 7 days prior to arrival, or take one at the airport.

Egypt

Egypt to resume limited flights to resorts least affected by coronavirus starting August. A Public Health Card is required on arrival.

Finland

Germany to extend virus-related travel ban for non-European countries.

Greece

Passengers must complete a “Passenger Locator Form (PLF)” at least 24 hours before check-in at https://travel.gov.gr/#/ . A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival.

Granada

Passengers must present a Health Declaration Form to the Immigration upon arrival. The form can be obtained before departure at https://covid19.gov.gd/ Passengers must install the Grenada’s Contact Tracing App at https://covid19.gov.gd/ in their personal device Passengers are subject to medical screening upon arrival. Passengers are subject to quarantine. More information can be found at https://covid19.gov.gd/.

Iceland

Passengers must complete the “Preregistration for visiting Iceland” at http://visit.covid.is/ before departure. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 14 days. A list of quarantine exemptions can be found at https://www.covid.is/categories/tourists-travelling-to-Iceland.

India

 Visas and e-visas issued before 30 June 2020 are invalidated. Flights to India are suspended until 31 July 2020. But Indian nationals and Permenant residents can enter country through repatriation flights. India has opened air bubbles with a few countries like United States, UAE, France and Germany allowing some foriegners to visit the country but still observe a 2 week quarantine period.

Indonesia

Passengers without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 14 days. Entry strictly for nationals and Indonesian spouses and children.

Ivory Coast

A completed “Health Declaration Form” must be submitted before departure at https://deplacement-aerien.gouv.ci.

Japan

Quarantine Questionnaire” is required on arrival for all passengers.

Medical Screening is required on arrival in Japan.

Letter of Confirmation of Submitting Necessary Documentation for Re-entry into Japan and a medical certification with a negative COVID-19 test result are required to enter in Japan for residents that have been in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Philippines or Peru in the previous 2 weeks. The test is required to be taken 3 days before departure.

Lithuania

 Passengers are subject to self-isolation for 14 days. A list of self-isolation exemptions can be found at http://sam.lrv.lt/en/news/prevenciniai-veiksmai-del-naujojo-koronaviruso-informacija-nuolat-papildoma/koronavirusas/operaciju-vadovo-sprendimai. Passengers are not allowed to enter except residents of EEA Member States, Switzerland and UK, if arriving from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain or Switzerland.

Maldives

Malaysia

Flights are suspended but this does not apply to students with a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 3 days before arrival. They must have prior written approval from the Malysian Immigration.

Passengers are not allowed to enter Mongolia until 31 July 2020.

Montenegro

Passengers are subject to self-isolation for 14 days.

Morocco

A medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result is required to enter Morocco. It must be issued at most 2 days before departure.

Nepal

Flights stay suspended until August 31st, 2020.- This does not apply to medical and repatriation flights.

Norway

Passengers must complete a declaration on honor to state that they do not have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The declaration must be dated with the name and signature of the passenger.

Philippines

Passengers are not allowed to enter the country.

Poland

Portugal

Flights are suspended. Passengers are subject to medical screening. Passengers arriving from Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe and USA must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.

Senegal

Passengers without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result are subject to medical screening on arrival and must complete a declaration on honor to state that they do not have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Slovenia

Spain

Passengers are not allowed to enter until 31 July 2020. St. Lucia

Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 7 days.

Sudan

Flights to Sudan are suspended until 10 October 2020.

Suriname

Airports in Suriname are closed until 14 August 2020. This does not apply to repatriation flights.

Switzerland

Passengers are not allowed to enter. This does not apply to passengers arriving from Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Ireland (Rep.), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Monaco, Morocco, New Zealand, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay, Vatican City (Holy See) and Schengen Member States. Does not apply to nationals or residents of Switzerland or Liechtenstein and EEA Member States and UK.

Taiwan

Passengers must have a medical certificate in English with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 3 working days before departure.

Thailand

Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure2.  a Certificate of Entry issued by Royal Thai Embassy. $100k USD insurance coverage for COVID. That will cost you $1,500 USD give or take a few hundred depending on your age.

United Arab Emirates

A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result certificate issued at most 96 hours before departure and a health insurance is required to enter UAE. Passengers without a certificate are subject to medical screening, 14 days quarantine; must download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App.

Uruguay

Nationals and residents of Uruguay are subject to quarantine for 14 days. Passengers can only land at Montevideo (MVD) and Punta del Este (PDP).

Vanuatu

Passengers arriving on repatriation flights are subject to medical screening and quarantine for 14 days. Vanuatu ports of entry are closed.
