From the coral reef filled Red Sea to world heritage UNESCO site in Jerusalem – with history going back all the way to foundation of Christianity – to hypersaline waters of Dead sea to new Hi-Tech accelerator center in Haifa, Israel is both interesting, adventurous and unique. What to do in Seoul in 72 hours?

Day 1 Go to Gyeongbokgung Palace to see the change of Royal Guard Ceremony. They do it twice a day. The first ritual starts at 10:00 AM and there is another one in the afternoon at 2:00 PM. They also have a free guided tour 3 times a day. I did the last one at 3:30 where it was less crowded.Bukchon Hanok village – there are a few cultural villages near the center but perhaps the Bukchon is the most popular one.Walk around Jongno-du neighborhood and Tapgol Park. Visit the popular Seoul version of SOHO shopping streets in Nagwon Dong. Try the street food here as well. (more…)
